Kanji-san is on a mission to let the world know about the purity and clean taste of good matcha. Just like how we are passionate about tea.
Origin
Kenji-san's family still keeps the traditional way to make matcha and other green tea. And the leaf he chooses is produce in the other side of the mountain of Uji, one of the last clean area for growing tea. He is the 5th generation of tea family.
Produce in Shiga Prefecture Japan, a countryside next to Kyoto.
How to prepare?
1. Measure 1.5-2g of matcha with Shashaku (or half of normal teaspoon)
2. Prepare 80 degrees of hot water
3. Sift matcha powder to break big lumps
4. Pour 30ml of water and quickly whisk with Z or W shape
5. Enjoy it when it's still hot.

- Add 25ml of WARM water
- Whisk in V-W motion, as fast as you can
- Enjoy with your chosen milk (100ml) or just water.
- Take 2.2g of powder in a tea bowl
- Add 25ml of WARM water
- Whisk until no visible clumps
- Enjoy with COW or OAT milk
- Take 3g of loose tea
- Add BOILING hot water into your 280ml teapot or teacup
- Place a lid and let it brew
- Remove the tea after 3 minutes
- Use 2g (one teaspoon) of tea
- Add 90 degrees water into your 280ml teapot or teacup.
- Place a lid to brew it, not cooking it.
- Remove the tea after 2 minutes

One of the best matcha tea I have ever tried! 🥰 Definitely the best I purchased in UAE. I got both the ceremonial grade and barista grade, both of them exceeded my expectations. I usually drink lattes so would go for the barista type but was curious about the ceremonial tea and I was really impressed. You have to purchase! I saw one of the tiktoks posted on myclaritytea and it helped me with my choice on what matcha powder to buy, They basically showed which matcha powder you should purchase based on how you want to drink the matcha, which is why i bought the barista grade as i typically make lattes and that’s the powder they specifically advised for lattes. I am also amazed by the pricing, 100g for around 100 aed is insane! usually matcha powders of good quality are priced around 150aed just for 30g!!! I was shocked with what i’ve received. The quality, aesthetics and pricing of this matcha is absolutely amazing, so if you are thinking of purchasing the barista grade powder go for it because it’s definitely worth it.

Premium Matcha - Omi
This is the first matcha I tried to make by myself and it was delicious. There is no bitterness and the powder smells like vanilla, and the price is reasonable compared to other stores.
The first time I tried Clarity’s matcha was in a coffee shop. It was very smooth without bitterness or muddy taste. So I ordered one tin for myself right away. Hands down the best matcha in Dubai.

Master Amber Oolong: It has the natural woody and honey-like scent that is soothing for your afternoon. Taste close to Black, but not DRY.
Silk Dancer Oolong: Jasmine, milky and subtle sweetness. The taste is more close to Green tea.
Does oolong have caffeine?
Yes, Oolong has not only caffeine but also l-theanine like matcha. Taiwanese oolong Whole leaf tea leaves, has lower caffeine level than Black tea and some green tea.
