Return and Refund Policy
At Clarity, we stand behind the quality of our tea. However, due to the nature of our products as agricultural goods, certain restrictions apply to returns and refunds.
1. General Return Conditions

Returns will only be accepted with a valid reason approved by Clarity General Trading LLC.

Unopened Products: We may, at our discretion, offer a refund or exchange for "change of mind." Items must be returned unopened, with original packaging intact, and in good condition.

Opened Products: As tea is an agricultural product, it cannot be resold once opened. Therefore, we cannot accept returns on opened products.

Quality Concerns: If you are dissatisfied with the quality of a product, please contact us. We may request the opened product be returned for our examination and improvement.

Non-Returnable Items: We cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
2. International Duties and Taxes (DDP)
For orders shipped to Qatar, Kuwait and Bahrain:

Non-Refundable Fees: Please note that the Duties and Taxes collected at checkout are paid directly to the destination country’s customs authorities. In the event of a return or refund, this portion of your payment is non-refundable, as these funds are not recoverable by Clarity General Trading LLC.

Shipping Costs: Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
3. Our "3-Day Satisfaction Guarantee"
We offer a 3-day money-back guarantee if you are genuinely dissatisfied with your purchase. Please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order to initiate this process.
4. Damaged or Faulty Items
Please inspect your order upon reception. Contact us immediately at info@myclaritytea.com if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item.

Shipping Coverage: We will assume all shipping costs for the return of products that are faulty or damaged in transit.

Other Returns: In all other cases, the customer is responsible for return postage fees. However, we will provide a voucher for your next purchase to compensate for your shipping costs.
5. How to Start a Return

Proof of Mailing: Returns must be sent via a trustworthy local service provider. We strongly recommend obtaining proof of mailing or a receipt and sending a copy to us.
6. Refunds

Approval Process: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Method of Refund: If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment.

Processing Time: Please allow time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
