UAE Shipping

We offer reliable door-to-door delivery across all Emirates.

• Free Shipping: Enjoy complimentary shipping on all orders over AED 170.

• Dubai, Sharjah & Abu Dhabi: AED 19 flat rate.

• Other Emirates: AED 28 flat rate.

• Delivery Timeline: Orders placed before 12:00 PM (GMT+4) are typically delivered within 1–2 business days (excluding Sundays).

• Urgent Orders: If you need your tea sooner, please contact us beforehand if you have an urgent order.

International shipping

• Rates: International shipping costs are calculated in real-time at checkout via our DHL integration based on the weight of your order.

• All-Inclusive Pricing: To ensure you are never surprised by extra charges, all international orders are shipped DDP (Delivered Duty Paid).

• What this means: Any necessary import duties, customs fees, and local taxes are calculated and collected directly at our checkout -- no surprised charges at your door.

Shipping rate outside of UAE will be calculated via system calculator, and we apply Duty and Tax paid, so you won't be surprised by extra charges (usually 5-20%) when you receive it.
