Recommendation: 01 Koicha.
She's balanced to drink whisked in water (Usucha) or in milk (coconut latte), so you can find your own preference. This is a good start to understand our baseline.

Not necessary "Ceremonial Matcha".If you put more sweetener in your latte, Pick 07 Craft or 04 OMI.
If you only use a little bit sweetener, Pick 03 Tea House Organic.

06 SUI. It's our top grade, and the only one we'd prepare as authentic koicha — thick tea, roughly 1:10 matcha to water.

 Two answers, depending on how you drink it. 06 SUI whisked as thick koicha is the most concentrated way to taste matcha. 02 HARU is our premium organic, best as a strong usucha. Both are first harvest, handpicked, stone-milled and organic certified. 04 OMI is strong and slightly bitter without sweetener, so if you like sweet milky but still strong matcha, this is the best option.

Start with 00 Hojicha if it's the grassy note and caffeine that bother you, or Master Amber oolong if you'd rather skip green tea altogether.
