How to make matcha properly

There are a few ways that you can make matcha, but here we will only mention two most common ones using chasen whisk and electric whisk.

chasen bamboo whisk:

 Start whisking in v or w motion, avoid whisk in circular motion, until matcha is frothy.

Recipe: 

- powder: 2g (about two big matcha scoop, we use chashaku)

- warm 70 degrees water from 25-30ml

- optional: choice of milk( we love Oatly barista or apro coconut barista) 160ml milk 

- optional: choice of sweetener 3-8g
